SEGUN ODUNMBAKU CONGRATULATES HON ADEDAMOLA KASUNMU ON BIRTHDAY

The Olusegun Odunmbaku administration organized a workshop for project stakeholders, in collaboration with local and international development partners, titled “Support For Project Preparation For Urban Progress.” The workshop aimed to address the climate change gap and enhance the energy efficiency of public facilities in schools and health centers within Ojodu LCDA.
With a commitment to a multi-stakeholder approach for driving development effectiveness, the collaboration between Ojodu LCDA and its partners seeks to maximize the impact of various forms of partnerships and cooperation for the shared benefits of the community. This initiative focuses on improving the operational capacity of public facilities through the optimization of renewable energy systems.
The feasibility workshop took place at the conference hall of Governor’s Apartments, with participants from Arctic Infrastructure, Intec Consulting Group, and foreign partners joining through Zoom. The workshop covered all aspects of project conceptualization, formulation, design, finance, and evaluation.
Olusegun Odunmbaku expressed excitement about the partnership providing renewable energy for schools and health centers, emphasizing its potential as a valuable tool in addressing the major challenges facing the communities of Ojodu LCDA.
The workshop saw the participation of key figures, including SLG Hon Olaide John Bello, Council Manager Engr Bunmi Akintoye, MOH Mrs Anne Okonma, HOD Environment Sanitarian Sangolana, Supervisor For Environment Hon Olawale AbdulSalam, HOD Works Engr Gbolamiga Dawodu, as well as school administrators, health workers, and traditional and community leaders.
