SEGUN ODUNMBAKU CONGRATULATES HON ADEDAMOLA KASUNMU ON BIRTHDAY

Today, the Ojodu Local Council Development Area, under the leadership of Honorable Segun Odunmbaku, organized a Business Management Training event for SMEs and individuals focused on skills acquisition, marking a significant milestone in its 2 Years In Office Programme.
In collaboration with Mesh Consultants, this initiative was designed to empower SME owners with vital skills and knowledge, fostering their operational capabilities and fostering sustainable growth. SMEs play a pivotal role in any economy, driving job creation and economic expansion, thereby leaving a substantial impact on the local business landscape.
The Business Management Training covered a diverse array of subjects, encompassing financial management, marketing strategies, human resources, and customer service, among other critical aspects of effective business management. SME owners gained invaluable insights to enhance their operational efficiency and competitive edge.
The facilitators of this training, Mr. Tunde Menshioye and Pastor Oguntola Gabriel, expressed the objective of empowering SME owners with the necessary tools and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. This includes a focus on areas such as marketing, product development, and time management. The aim is to enable participants to make informed decisions, identify growth opportunities, and effectively adapt to evolving market trends.
Speaking about the event, Hon. Folake Adams, Supervisor for WAPA, commended the proactive approach of Ojodu LCDA in organizing the Business Management Training program. She emphasized the positive impact it would have on economic growth within the community. As businesses become more efficient, competitive, and resilient, they create job opportunities, attract investments, and contribute to the overall prosperity of Ojodu and its surrounding areas.
A participant of the training, Mrs. Adeola Adelaja, expressed her gratitude to the Olusegun Odunmbaku administration for this commendable initiative. She acknowledged the administration’s recognition of the significance of supporting local businesses by equipping SME owners with essential skills and knowledge.
