OJODU LCDA COMMENCES 24-HOURS SERVICES AT OKE-IRA CENTRAL PRIMARY HEALTH CENTER, APATA. - OJODU LCDA

The administration of Hon Segun Odunmbaku in Ojodu LCDA has scored another novelty as it announces commencement of 24 hour services at Oke Ira Primary Health Center, Apata in fulfillment of it’s promise to run State Of The Art Primary Health Centers across all wards in Ojodu LCDA.

The Mayor of Ojodu LCDA is not just revamping, equipping and staffing health centers across the community but also installing alternative source of energy at health centers to improve efficiency and 24 hours round the clock services in line with the policy thrust of the H.E.Y.S Agenda in which “Health” is a cardinal pillar

In an announcement which was made in a letter signed today, Monday 16th January, 2023 by the Medical Officer Of Health, Dr Anne Okon on behalf of the Executive Chairman Of Ojodu LCDA, she stated that 24 hours services have commenced in the medical facility which was recently revamped and repositioned to offer global standards of primary health services.

Services to be offered in the medical facility include Consultation, General Outpatient Clinic, Child welfare clinic ,ANC, Delivery and Post Natal Care, Family Planning clinic ,HIV Testing, Counselling, DOT Clinic, Geriatrics, Centre/ Care of the elderly, PHC Pharmacy, PHC Laboratories and Ambulance services.

The Segun Odunmbaku administration has attracted State government funded Model Primary Health Center at Ogba while collaborating with private sector and development partners to provide quality healthcare for the people of Ojodu LCDA through numerous interventions in the sector.
