ABIMBOLA ODUNMBAKU LEADS MARKET STORM AND GRASSROOTS ENGAGEMENT IN OJODU LCDA - OJODU LCDA

The Chairperson of Ojodu LCDA, Mrs Abimbola Odunmbaku in company of the Secretary To The Local Government, Hon. Olaide John Bello today led party women to canvass and mobilize grassroots voters for APC candidates in the coming elections.

Mrs Odunmbaku said the grassroots engagement activity was an initiative of the Lagos State First Lady, Mrs Ibijoke Claudiana Sanwoolu and is being replicated across local governments in the State to galvanize votes for APC especially amongst the women demography.

She further said “APC is the best option on the ballot as regards it’s manifestos on women and society development amongst all the political parties with candidates running for political office”.

“We are clamoring for massive turnout and votes from amongst the women folk in Ojodu LCDA because women aren’t just influencers of decision making but are critical to societal change and development in our communities”.

The Campaign train which toured neighborhood and markets across Ojodu LCDA like Akiode, Ojodu and Yakoyo Markets also witnessed residents and especially petty traders and small business women getting trading items, souvenirs and materials from the Chairperson during the tour.

In the entourage are APC Women Leader, Alhaja Bukky Badmus, Supervisor For WAPA, Hon. Folake Adams and DOS Apex Women.
