Ojodu LCDA Chairman Hosts Security Agencies Ahead Of General Elections - OJODU LCDA

The Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku today hosted security agencies and operatives at a meeting to ensure hitch free and safe conduct of the 2023 elections as voters prepare to vote in the coming general elections.

Hon. Segun Odunmbaku while welcoming the security personnel officials at council secretariat commended thier efforts towards security the community and pledged the support of his administration in partnership with the security agencies for peace and stability in Ojodu LCDA.

The Mayor also advised the security agencies to interface more with community stakeholders for effective policing and adequate security as it’s a more effectual and consensual approach that ensures a safer and better society.

“We are geared towards working with all agencies be it electoral, security or civil society organisations to conduct a smooth process of electioneering that would enable our people feel safe and to perform their civic duties” he said.

In attendance at the meeting are the Leader Of The House, Hon. Opeyemi Apatira, SLG, Hon. Olaide John Bello, COS, Mr Dapo Adeoye, Hon. Lekan Peters and CSO, Akinola Williams.
