OJODU LCDA CHAIRMAN PRESENTS ₦9.9BN 2026 “BUDGET OF SUSTAINABLE GROWTH FOR ALL ” TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL
December 15, 2025

Dear Residents,
I want to sincerely commend your tranquility and calmness displayed in the last three days as the nation experiences protests against the administration of President Bola Tinubu over the economic hardship across the country. To be candid, we may have been stretched beyond limits due to the high cost of living and other economic challenges, but we must not lose hope. The policies of the federal government are gradually coming to fruition, putting our country on the path of sustainable growth and development, which requires our patience and cooperation.

I want to assure you that the government is aware of your demands and requests, and we are not resting on our oars to ensure that policies and actions that will reassure the common man of our sincerity and commitment to improving their living conditions are established at all levels of government.
I, therefore, appeal to you to continue to remain peaceful, as there are still misguided elements looking for an opportunity to hijack the protest to loot shops and break into homes under the pretense of protest. Let us all continue to cooperate with the government and security agencies to maintain peace and order as we attend to our normal businesses during the period of the protest.
God Bless Ojodu LCDA.
God Bless Lagos State.
God Bless Nigeria.
Hon. David Olusegun Odunmbaku
Executive Chairman, Ojodu LCDA.
