ODUNMBAKU RECEVES AN EXEXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE AWARD - OJODU LCDA

The leadership of the SPEEDUP LAGOS, a Developmental Organisation, specialized in human capacity development through skill acquisition programmes today paid Ojodu Local Council Development Area a courtesy visit and presented the Executive Chairman, David Olusegun Odunmbaku with an award on “Exceptional Performance”.
The head of SPEED UP, Princess Gbemisola Ajetunmobi, who presented the award on behalf of the organization said the award was in recognition of our exceptional feats in just one year of assuming Office at LCDA especially in the area of human capacity development and partnerships with development organisations towards socioeconomic development.
Our administration has partnered with SPEED UP LAGOS to train residents of Ojodu LCDA on Life Enhancement Skill Trainings in many aspects of skills acquisition like Make Up, Catering, Nylon Printing, Fabrics And Souvenir, Hairstyling and many others. The training exercise that is presently on going at the council secretariat till the end of the month is designed to help participants develop new skills.
Present at the award presentation are the Supervisor for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation , Hon. Folake Adams with party women Leader of Ojodu LCDA, Alhaja Bukky Badmus.
